What we collect
When you submit the early-access form at /early-access, we receive:
- Your work email address
- The company or team you’re part of
- A short description of what you’re building
- Optionally, where you heard about us
We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies that identify you. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request path) are kept by our hosting provider for operational and security purposes and are not used to build a profile of you.
Why we collect it
We use what you submit to evaluate early-access requests, reply to you, and send occasional product updates relevant to your request. That’s the entire purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it lives
Form submissions are delivered to our team inbox via Resend, which acts as our email service provider. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. Both are bound by their own privacy policies and act as data processors on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We retain submissions for as long as we’re actively evaluating your request or maintaining a relationship with you. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, except where we’re required to keep records (for example, abuse logs or legal obligations).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted. If you’re in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing. Email team@aiyara-universe.com with the email address you used on the form and we’ll handle it.
Children
Aiyara is a developer tool aimed at engineering teams. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify people who have given us their email. The current version always lives at this URL.
